No refunds will be provided if your items are left abandoned or not picked up within the allowed time frame. Please Note we will only hold Fired items for 90 Days. Due to lack or storage items may be discarded if not picked up after 90 days Store Credit/Exchange will be provided in cases deemed appropriate. Birthday party's will be refunded (minus deposit) with 48 hour cancellations.
